Before taking part in these programs understand that there is a certain level of commitment you must take on prior to moving forward. Being dedicated means that you are resting well, you are taking care of your body by stretching, not skipping the warm ups, being diligent and smart about your workouts, tracking your numbers, making sure your nutrition and hydration is on point. ALL PROGRAMS ARE :

  • 2/3 MONTHS

  • 3 WEEK WAVES / 1 WEEK DELOAD BEFORE NEXT BLOCK 

V1 programs - Beginner strength and power development

  • Program will only have 1-2 sheets that includes :

    • Warm up - mobility, activation(hip and shoulder prehab), sprint work, jumping, med ball throw variations

V2 programs - Moderate —> advance strength and power development

  • Program will have independent sheets

    • Warm up, mobility, activation, sprint work, jumping, med ball throw variations

    • Sheet 1 - will handle the warm up portion

    • Sheet 2 - will be an excel sheet with your lifts, progressions and a way to track your numbers
